Website Terms of Use

By accessing or using the public Zelligio website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply only to the public website. They do not govern the private Zelligio Connect portal, dealer contracts, quotations, invoices, orders, or separate written commercial agreements, each of which may have its own terms.

You may use the public website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Zelligio, other visitors, or the operation of the site.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or access controls, introduce malware, impersonate another person or business, misuse public forms, or scrape, crawl, or send automated requests at a scale that harms or disrupts the site.

Information on the public website is general, may be incomplete, and may change without notice. It is provided to support evaluation and inquiry, not as a binding commercial commitment.

Nothing on the public website is a guaranteed quotation, binding offer, reservation, inventory commitment, dealer appointment, or promise of availability.

Showroom partner access is available only to established tile showrooms and kitchen-and-bath showrooms. It requires manual review and is never automatic. Submitting a public application does not create an account, showroom partner relationship, exclusivity, protected territory, credit terms, pricing rights, or any commercial obligation for Zelligio or the applicant.

Zelligio presents handmade and natural-material products. Tonal, glaze, edge, texture, size, surface, and dimensional variation are expected characteristics of handmade Moroccan zellige.

Digital images and physical samples help with evaluation but cannot guarantee an exact appearance across screens, production lots, individual pieces, lighting conditions, grout choices, or completed installations. Physical samples should be reviewed as part of an informed selection process.

Availability, lead times, fulfillment, freight, pricing, suitability, installation requirements, and warranties are governed only by the applicable written quotation, order confirmation, invoice, dealer agreement, or other accepted commercial terms.

The public statement that eligible, in-stock U.S. products ship within days applies only to products that qualify at the relevant time. It is not a universal shipping or availability guarantee.

A client or their designer creates the original design, and an approved showroom partner submits it on the client’s behalf. Anyone submitting material must own it or have permission to use and submit it.

Zelligio reviews feasibility and may decline a project. Review, discussion, or sampling does not guarantee manufacturability, acceptance, or production. Ownership, confidentiality, pricing, minimums, timing, sampling, approvals, and production must be addressed in separate written terms where applicable.

The Zelligio name, branding, website copy, layout, graphics, catalog presentation, photographs, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Zelligio. You may view and use the public site for ordinary personal or business evaluation of Zelligio offerings, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

The public website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. Their terms, privacy practices, content, and availability are controlled by those third parties. Zelligio is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis without promises that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zelligio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Zelligio may update, change, interrupt, or suspend all or part of the public website and may revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Where permitted by applicable law, continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept them.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Nothing here selects a specific court, waives a non-waivable right, or changes the governing provisions of any separate written commercial agreement.
