This Privacy Policy applies to the public Zelligio website and its public contact, sample, quote, custom-interest, and showroom partner application experiences.

The public website is operated by Zelligio LLC. The public brand is Zelligio.

It does not govern the separate private Zelligio Connect portal. Private services, dealer relationships, quotations, invoices, orders, and other commercial arrangements may be subject to separate notices or written agreements.

When you use a public form, the information you provide depends on the inquiry you choose. It may include:

• identity and contact details, such as your name, work email, business phone, job title, and business address;
• business details, such as a company or showroom name, website, business type, locations, markets served, and tax or resale-certificate status;
• product and project interests, including colors or SKUs, formats, requested quantities, project or shipping locations, desired timing, expected use, and Custom Studio interests;
• messages, notes, and other details you choose to share;
• required processing acknowledgments and any optional marketing choice; and
• referral, source, or campaign context when it is supplied with your visit or submission.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your request. The public forms do not provide a file-upload field.

When a public form is submitted, Zelligio processes the source page and available referral or campaign information. Basic connection and browser signals, including an IP address and browser identifier, are transformed into a security signal used to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam and abuse.

The public website uses platform visitor analytics to understand site performance and use. This includes information such as visitors, pageviews, pages viewed, visit duration, bounce rate, traffic sources, device usage, and country-level location.

Zelligio uses public-site information to:

• respond to inquiries and route them to the appropriate workflow;
• evaluate showroom partner applications through manual review;
• support sample requests, quotes, product questions, and Custom Studio feasibility discussions;
• maintain business and inquiry records;
• protect the public site and prevent spam, abuse, or security problems;

• meet applicable legal obligations and protect lawful interests.

The public site does not process payment-card information. A showroom partner application is always reviewed manually and is never approved automatically.

Zelligio may share information only as reasonably needed with service providers supporting website hosting, secure storage, email delivery, visitor analytics, security, and site operations. Those providers process information for the services they provide.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to meet legal or safety requirements, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or support a business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer where applicable.

Zelligio does not sell or rent personal information for money.

The public website and the services that operate it may use essential browser storage or similar technologies needed for security, reliable delivery, and requested functionality. Visitor analytics may also rely on similar technologies to collect the usage information described above.
